2025 Civic Center & Concession Building Mansard Roof Shingle Replacements

The Oswegoland Park District will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Civic Center & Concession

Building Mansard Roof Shingle Replacements. Contractors must have experience in this type

and size of work for a minimum of five years and will be required to furnish references and

examples of projects. Bid security and performance bonds will be required. Contractors will be

required to comply with equal employment opportunities and the Illinois Department of Labor

prevailing wage rates for Kendall County.

Bidding Documents will be available starting Thursday, November 7th, 2024 from Vesco

through the Vesco Planroom. The Oswegoland Park District is not responsible for

Pre-Bid Meeting: An optional pre-bid meeting will take place 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November

14th, 2024 at the Civic Center, 5 Ashlawn Ave., Montgomery, IL.

Bid Opening: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 21st, 2024 at the Civic Center, 5 Ashlawn Ave.,

Montgomery, Illinois 60538, (331) 688-4920. Oswegoland Park District will publicly open and

read bids immediately after the specified Bid Opening time.

The Oswegoland Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
