BLACK WALNUT PARK WOODLAND RESTORATION
Sealed bids for the Sugar Grove Park District’s woodland restoration in Black Walnut Park project
-- which includes invasive species removal, hazard tree management, native plantings,
and establishment of a vernal pool--will be received until 10:00 A.M. on __Wednesday,
December 4th___, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Owner has determined that this contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820
ILCS 130/1-12).
Submitted bids shall be in full compliance with all Instructions and contract documents set forth in
the Project Manual and made on the forms provided in the Project Manual as furnished by the
Park District. The Project Manual will be available for PDF download commencing November
11, 2024 from reprographic house (Vesco Reprographics) https://www.vescoplanroom.com/.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site Black
Walnut Park, 904 Black Walnut Dr Sugar Grove, IL 60554 at 10:00 AM on Monday November
18, 2024. All prospective bidders must be in attendance in order to provide a bid for this project.
A sign-in sheet will be provided to all in attendance.
